We understand the importance of working closely with our clients to ensure that each project runs smoothly and fulfils their objectives.
We focus on developing thorough specifications for our projects, establishing project goals and objectives and providing clear documentation prior to development.
Throughout the project lifecycle we manage clear documentation, including testing and feedback facilities. This provides a transparent view of the project at every stage.
Functional specifications and documentation:
- We begin by working with our client to draw up functional specifications, with project goals and deliverables, so that everyone is clear on the scope and expectations of the project
- This forms the road map for the project and is referenced continually by our Project and Technical teams during development
- Our documentation is produced in a standard manner, with all of the team at Boxharry following the same protocols in terms of producing, storing, reviewing and editing documents. This enables us to ensure that we have a consistent approach to all of our projects and means that projects can be shared between team members, without the risk of key knowledge being held only with one team member
The review and sign-off process:
- During the production process, there are several phases of review and testing, both internally and in conjunction with our client
- Feedback is collated and logged in testing documents and cross-referenced against the functional specifications document
- After the review process the site visual interface, structure and content is provided for final review and sign-off
Pre-launch testing:
- After the site has been signed off for launch, Boxharry conduct a series of final technical tests, including checking for heavy load (site traffic).
User acceptance testing
- We also conduct and monitor user acceptance testing in line with the project goals, to ensure that these goals have been met.
Post-launch review and planning:
- Following completion of the project we facilitate review sessions to monitor the success of the project and to establish next steps.
