Project information is shared between team members using our standardised processes, without the risk of key knowledge being held with only one team member.

We have developed our own online project reporting module which we will use for this project as a means of centrally monitoring the status of a project, including creating and tracking issues and changes during the project.

Our web development projects typically consist of the following phases:

• Discovery and planning phase:
  assessing in detail all of the key requirements and establishing project goals, timescales, functional requirements and technical details.
• Technical solution development and functional specifications:
  We then draw up the technical solution and functional specifications, which form the road map for the project, to be referenced continually throughout the project.
• Development and implementation phase:
  with agreed documentation in place our team all work collaboratively to develop the site and to ensure the continuing flow of information.
• The review and sign-off process:
  During the production process, there are several phases of review and testing, both internal and with the client. After the review and feedback cycle is complete the site is provided for final client review and sign-off.
• Pre-launch systems testing:
  After the site has been signed off for launch, Boxharry conduct a series of final technical tests, including checking for heavy load (site traffic).
• User acceptance testing:
  We also conduct and monitor user acceptance testing in line with the project goals, to ensure that these goals have been met.
• Post-launch review and planning:
  Following completion of the project we facilitate review sessions to monitor the success of the project and to establish next steps.
