The Southern Water website includes the facility for customers to send information to the company via a series of web forms. These forms for both Domestic and Business Customers, include:

- Tell us you’re moving home
- Apply for a water meter

Where I live
This facility provides extensive data for customers, based on their postcodes. More than 130,000 postcodes were configured to provide a range of information, including:
- the supplier for water and wastewater services (7 companies provide services in this area in addition to Southern Water)
- information about current water restrictions
- detailed information about water quality
Brighton and Hove Wastewater Treatment Scheme
A micro-site has been developed to provide a means for Southern Water to communicate with customers about plans for the Brighton and Hove Wastewater Treatment Scheme.
Throughout the consultation and planning process, documents have been published regularly, including the full Environmental Statement, maps and other supporting material. During consultation an online feedback facility was provided, to encourage customer input on the plans.
